Site Design and Title

 

"Build To Update" allows you to easily change your site design as often as you wish, preserving all the content. You can switch through the available designs and color-schemes, giving your site a new look every day.

 

The options for changing of sitedesign as well as sitetitle are available in the Site Propertiessection. To access them, roll-over the ControlPanel icon in the top right corner in Admin view and select Site Properties.

In the window that pops up choose fromthe available Designs and Color Schemes.

ChangeSite Title as needed.

 

Press . An alertnote will pop up.

If you want to first preview the design andsite title changes in Admin View only - press . You will be able to accept or reject the changes later byclicking the label that will appear in the top right corner of the screen on every page inAdmin view. Please note that while in Preview Mode youwill not be able to publish content to the Normal view before accepting or rejecting the changes madein Site Properties.

 

If you wish the site design or title changesto be applied to the Normal view right away - press . The site design and title will be changed in Adminand Normal view, without publishing any unpublished content.

 

For instant publication of both site design and titlechanges as well as any content updates to the Normal view, you can use the buttonin Site Properties.

 

Note: Some of the designs feature extra objects - like News, or custom Navigation. Please note that if, for instance, you are using a design with a News Area and switch to one that doesn't feature such, your News items, although not visible in the new design will be preserved. So, when you return to a design featuring News, they will become available again.
